Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, I moved to the Ottawa Valley at 18 after spending much of my childhood visiting family here and feeling deeply connected to the area. During those years, I also met my husband, and together we have built a life here with our three children.

I am a Registered Practical Nurse with over 26 years of experience in long-term care, hospital and cardiac care, primary care, telehealth, immunization programs, and community health. My passion for wellness also led me to certifications in fitness training and rehabilitation programming, allowing me to support clients through education, movement, and individualized care.

In 2020, I followed my dream of creating a wellness-focused business that would help fill gaps in community care. That vision became Hometown Health & Wellness — a practice built on compassionate, personalized care with a true small-town feel. Since launching my mobile foot care business in 2022, I have had the privilege of caring for clients throughout the Ottawa Valley.

In 2024, I became a Registered Reflexology Practitioner through the School of Complementary Therapies, continuing to combine my nursing background with holistic therapies to support overall well-being.

As Hometown Health & Wellness continues to grow, I look forward to welcoming clients into our new clinic space and continuing to provide care to the community that has always felt like home.

Hello, my name is Caitlynd Luker, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist born and raised in Calabogie, Ontario. Growing up in an active, outdoorsy family helped shape my appreciation for movement, health, and overall well-being. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family.

During my training, I had the opportunity to take part in a variety of outreach programs, including prenatal care, scar treatment, and chronic pain management. I have completed continuing education in temporomandibular joint (TMJ/TMJD) assessment and treatment, as well as Indie head massage. I have also completed an advanced neck assessment and treatment course, which built on my TMJ/TMJD training.

In my practice, I focus on providing individualized, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs and goals. I work collaboratively with clients to support their treatment plans and aim to create a comfortable, welcoming, and respectful environment where you feel at ease.
